Kadampa Meditation

Weekly classes taught by qualified Buddhist teachers to improve quality of life and develop inner peace.

Classes consist of two guided meditations and a Buddhist teaching run by experienced teacher Gen Kelsang Tsalden. Her clear, light-hearted, inspiring teachings and gentle manner make Buddhist wisdom accessible to all. The weekly classes are self-contained so you can join at any time.

Beginners welcome. Monday nights from 7-8pm.  

No booking required. Cost: $12 per class.
