The program consists of a series of simple dynamic lessons to improve bone health with gentle weight bearing movements to stimulate bone strength and to ease joint pain with simple exercises.
Weekly classes taught by qualified Buddhist teachers to improve quality of life and develop inner peace.
Classes run Monday nights 7-8pm by experienced teacher Kelsang Luma.
